Calvin Mills

Calvin Mills hosts the Raymond Carver Podcast. His fiction collection, The Caged Man, is forthcoming from Cornerstone Press (2025). A chapbook of creative nonfiction essays, A Handful of Tragic Days, won the 2023 Eggtooth Any Genre Chapbook Contest, and is forthcoming (2024). His work has appeared in Short Story, Weird Tales, Tales from the South, Short Form Creative Writing: A Writer's Guide and Anthology from Bloomsbury, and Youth Culture and Social Change: Making a Difference by Making a Noise from Palgrave Macmillan. His writing awards include a Meritorious Achievement Award from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival as a playwright for Freak Like Me: The Musical. He teaches writing at Peninsula College in Port Angeles, Washington.
